Two component air drying Polyamide cured Epoxy primer containing zinc phosphate as anti corrosive pigment. Recommended as a primer for suitably cleaned MS and concrete surface in OEM equipment painting as well as an anti corrosive primer in Process industries like fertilizer plants, Refineries, Petrochemical complexes for protection of steel pipelines and structures from corrosion. The primer is recommended for architectural coatings. This primer is recommended for use on concrete surfaces and also the primer withstands high chemical resistance and it is recommended for the atmospheres where the water is highly saline.

Single component air drying type Alkyd Based Zinc Phosphate Primer. This product is recommended as undercoat where mild chemical resistance is required. Recommended as undercoat for premium OEM equipment painting. This product best when used as undercoat for economic advantages. This product is used in mild chemical and weathering conditions. Also gives good water and humidity resistance properties.

Surface Preparation: This being an undercoat which is applied over substrate, the surface should be free from oil, moisture, dust and dirt. Surface of substrate should be roughened by emery paper grade 220.For better bonding, all surface should be clean, dry and free from contamination. The surface should be assessed and treated in accordance with ISO 8504. For more details contact Reliable paints representative. Two component air drying Polyamide cured Epoxy universal primer containing zinc phosphate as anti corrosive pigment. Recommended as a primer for suitably cleaned MS, GI, Aluminium & Stainless steel surfaces, in OEM equipment painting as well as an anti corrosive primer in Process industries like fertilizer plants, Refineries, Petrochemical complexes for protection of steel pipelines and structures from corrosion. 

Surface Preparation: Remove grease, oil and other contaminants preferably using Degreasing solvent. Blast clean to a minimum of Sa 21 /2 Swedish Standard SIS 05 5900 with a surface profile not exceeding 65 microns. If Blasting is not possible, make full use of mechanical devices along with manual chipping and wire brushing to remove loose rust and scale to St. 2 Swedish Standard SIS 05 5900. Excessive burnishing of steel is to be avoided. Thoroughly dust down all surfaces.
